First open the front door and remove all the ink cartridges.
let me know once all ink cartridges are removed.

Use a paper Towel and clean the connectors on that box you pulled out
ok now put it back in to the printer.
Make sure you insert it all the way thru
look at at the box. the area where the ink fits in should be the one on front.
it should just slide in
The lever is the one you pulled up to remove the box

Issue identified :
Error missing or failed printhead / assistance in removing the printhead
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / customer said they are unaware of the upgrades.
Assisted customer on how to remove and reinstall the printhead but still the same problem.
tried cleaning the printhead connectors but the same error appeared.
Advised customer to have it check via a local tech repair as the printhead may need to be replaced.
