Hello, my 2015 Taurus SEL stopped starting. Dealer has replaced fuel pump (says fuel pressure to high and says it fouled the plugs) and plugs but it still runs rough or not at all. Dealer wants to install new injectors.

Hello,
Yes, the engine cranks. Battery checked, and deemed ok. If it starts, it runs terrible.
By the way you can call me, I was in the middle of a work meeting so I could not anwer the call.
Thank you for your help. I will let you know how it turns out. Have a good day!!!
You are welcome. I'll just monitor this page for your next response.
Cool
Hello Elixir,
Just an FYI. I left work early and went to the dealership and talked to the service manager. I told him the info you gave me, he laughed. He said that would not be the issue because that either the module works, or it doesnt, it has no in-between. Meaning if it was bad, the car would not run at all. He is dead set on changing the injectors and he did promise to look into the module if the injector replacement does not work. I will update you later. They do not know what the heck they are doing.
Thanks,
Joe
Seems that they like to charge you for the cost of the injectors and the labor in replacing it compared that if that they will just gonna check and replace the pump driver module. Much cheaper.
Anyway, i'll be standing by for your next message.
Thank you. But I told them I am not paying for the injectors. I told them to only do what is covered by my warranty. I will keep you posted.
Alright.
Any update Gross?
Yes, they say it looks like the injectors were the problem as it started and ran well this morning. They were going to run it around today and if it starts fine in the morning, it should be good to go.
Alright. Let me know if everything is ok until tomorrow.
Ok, will do.
Any update on you vehicle issue?
Hello,
I got the car back this morning and it seems to run ok. The replaced the injectors and thats what they are saying was the problem. They were not sure which injectors were bad so they replaced them all, along with the fuel pump, mass air flow sensor, pcv valve, plugs and 2 other sensors. So...it was not the fuel pressure modulator.
