My pictures on the screen are in perfect color. The pictures in Print Preview appear black and white except for the color red on lines and outlines. When I print the file it comes out like the Print Preview. Newly created documents (a yellow box and a red box as a test) they come out in perfect color. I checked the box for "color" everywhere I could. However, documents printed a month ago are printing in black and white also.

Hi Roger,

For testing purposes, have you tried printing a colored document with pictures or a picture not coming from Corel Draw and see if you get the same result.

You can send me a reply by entering your message in the box at the top then hit the send response button to send.

A jpeg picture printed out fine. It was not from Corel

It must be a setting in Corel Draw. I printed out the entire Corel file last week with no trouble.

Ok good. So that means that your printer is fine and it can print colored pictures. Its just the settings of your corel. Would you mind if I perform a remote access to your computer so that  i can check that for you.
