I am calling you on your phone and its just keep on ringing and no one is picking up the call. 

Can you try activating the iphone again using the new password that we created and let me know if that fixed the problem.

Dear Tess, It was a pleasure helping you with your Tech-Iphone issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant activate the phone because of the apple password that is invalid
Solution Implemented : called cx and and assisted her in resetting the apple password via the apple site. Successfully changed  the password and used it on the iphone. Iphone is now working. problem solved. cx is requesting for the refund of the phone support upgrade since it was clicked by mistake. Sentd an email to support for refund.
