how do I download book collections in cloud to new e-reader?

Was this books that you mentioned are all purchased online at Amazon store?

-contacted cx and what they want is to download all the 2700+ books directly to the kinde download folder so that the can access/read the books that they want even if they dont have internet connection

-told cx that they can download all books  from the amazon cloud to the computer and transfer them all  to the kindle inside the documents folder.

-cx insisted to have all books automatically goes to the download folder whenever they purchase a book in amazon store

-told cx that would have someone from Amazon explained to them the process of downloading conten from their kindle

-call is now in progress and cx will get back to us about the result of their conversation with amazon

Solution Implemented : called cx and told them that they can download all books  from the amazon cloud to the computer and transfer them all  to the kindle inside the documents folder. they insisted to have all books automatically goes to the download folder whenever they purchase a book in amazon store. Initiated a callback from Amazon and cx was able to speak to the rep about the download process. called back cx and she said that she can download now the book collections to the kindle. problem solved.
