I have an iPad blocked and I can not open it. It is for my son and it was linked with my iCloud. I went to Apple store but nothing can be done....

May i know what do you see on the screen of the ipad? Are you on the activation lock screen?

Ok. Do you know the apple id that was used on the ipad? There is a hint on that page inside the parenthesis that look something like this (a*****@g***.com) do you see that on your screen?

Ok. is that your email address? Can you provide me the email address or the appleid that was used on the ipad? 

NOTES:

-called cx and we were able to identify the apple account that was used on the ipad.

-it is not the gmail account but an icloud account

-we tried to reset the password and it says we have to wait for tomorrow to continue the process

-will contact cx tommorow same time

-contacted cx and we tried to reset the apple password again and it gives us the same process loop

-told cx that lets give it another day and see if there will be a difference

-will contact again cx tomorrow same time.

-told cx that I will schedule a call to him coming from apple security team to investigate his apple account. 

-call scheduled tomorrow 6pm Pacific time
