unless you can get my i phone turned on again.   Oh and by the way my email was hacked when my iphone was so it is very very very important you know that.  I am homebound and bedridden so please don't screw with me and please tell me how I can log back on to my iphone

Found that her iphone requires an icloud.com ID which customer has no Idea about.

Assisted in getting an Apple Id adviser to call customer and called customer again.

Customer said She will need to send a receipt or Proof of purchase from her carrier to Apple so Apple Can give her what her apple ID was.

Customer asked for a call back on Friday EST
