cannot print ,paper comes out blank paper size unsupported I use A4 always have printer is HPENVY5032

Are color document printing fine? or just black?

Dear Kenneth, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple / HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Cannot copy / error Paper size not supported

Solution Implemented :

• Call customer
• Assisted in changing the paper size setting of his printer to A4
• Pressed Copy > Modify > Paper size and selected A4
• Tested Copying - OK
• Issue resolved
