Dear Gloria, It was a pleasure helping you with your Ipad issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant activate the ipad and it is asking her to connect the ipad to the computer
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed her computer. installed itunes on the computer and connected the ipad. We activated the ipad using the computer via itunes. Ipad is now activated and working. cx agreed to convert the phone support payment to remote support but we have to refund the $10 since the remote support is only $20. cx has no further questions. problem solved.
