I am completing form 709 Gift tax. Throughout 2018 I have given gifts to the same person (foreign) there are many small gifts done through remittance companies. Likely 30 or more. Do I have to list them all individually or can I just total them on the form?

Form 709 is required for gifts to any one individual over $15,000.  If you made multiple gifts to the same individual which total more than $15,000, you do not list each gift individually.
