How do you remove annoying stuff that show on top of TV - W65D, full HD 1080P, X-REALITY PRO, you tube, wifi certified, USB super multi-format play, photo sharing, for about 5 sec?? And on bottom - X-REALITY PRO with ON to the right and OFF far right for several minutes?????

Ok Seems that the TV is in Demo mode.

try holding down the input or the source button on the rmeote for like 8sec. See if it will take those banner off.

Dear Lorna, It was a pleasure helping you with your Sony issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

TV showing Banners on top and at the bottom

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted in restarting the TV settings thru Settings > Preferences > Start up

Set the TV up using Home settings and not Demo

Test the TV - Issue resolved

Issue resolved
