Dear Kay, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple TV/ MAC issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant access her email on her MAC
Solution Implemented : called cx and checked her email address. Found out that the email address was connected to the old service provider ATT. Told cx that the email is terminated already when they switched to a new provider (time warner). They are given few months to access their email and these providers will terminate the email after that period of time.  We decided to create a new gmail address. Helped cx in creating a new gmail address and set it up in google chrome. New email address is working as per testing. Problem solved.
