Can u please help me get my husbands phone activation unlocked? He don’t remember anything to reset but I have the receipt where I purchased it and he needs this for work and we cannot get it at all but I’m hoping u can help

Call customer and Assisted in checking apple ID reset options.
Found that the account was also locked by Apple.
Security answer provided didn't match the recovery.
Emial method will not work since there are no other device signed in with the same ID
Set an Apple ID adviser call for tomorrow
Advised customer to call Apple Id adviser tomorrow for a scheduled call
Will call customer tomorrow around 8AM central
