Dear Ronald, It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Drive size allocation problem

User account problem

Solution Implemented :

  • Call customer / Remote access
  • Checked the computer and explained that the new allocation is better C drive for Windows only and the D drive should be bigger for data
  • Checked the User account and the account is always having trouble to initialize and Windows always create a temporary sign in.
  • Assisted in creating a new user account
  • Issue resolved

If issue resurfaces in next 30 days, come back to this Question page and let me know. If you are unable to find your way back to this Question page or if you have billing questions, please contact our customer support either by email (s**t@experthelp.com) OR call us at ***-***-****
