Dear Lila, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Forgot apple Id password to download apps from the appstore

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted customer in resetting the apple Id password thru iforgot.apple.com

Password changed

Tested signing in to icloud and signing in to appstore

Issue resolved
