Issue identified :

Kindle won't connect to the Wifi

Solution Implemented :

• Call customer / Remote Access
• Checked the computer for the correct Wifi Password
• Rebooted the Router by unpluging the router power and plugging it back in
• Reconnected the Kindle back to the Wifi
• Issue resolved
