May I know what is the model of your printer?

I see,
Printhead missing or printhead Damaged are commong issue for old printers.
It is either loose connection of the printerhead or printhead is defective.
May I know how old the printer is?
This printer is about one and a half years old. It was working well yesterday, but not today.
Is there a number Where we can call you at?
You can try turning off the printer / Unplug it from the power cord for 10mins.
Then plug it back in and turn it back on.
Then let us know how it goes.

Ok try turning off and unplugging the printer.
Leave it unplugged for 10-15 mins and then plug it back in and turn it back on and LEt us know.
I've unplugged for 15 minutes; then it tells me printhead appears to be missing

Try removing all ink cartrdiges nd put them back in firmly.
then Turn the printer off and back on.
I"ve taken the ink cartridges out and replaced them, then it says printer head appears to be missing
