Dear Valerie, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Inquiry about a possible icloud information scam

Solution Implemented :

Found customer's contact online

Call customer / Customer was having trouble replying to our site

Assisted in checking the call details

Advised customer that Apple will not do a callout about a compromised icloud, Instead they will lock the icloud account and services and she will have to report it thru the device it self

Advised that the call she has is mostlikely a scam that will obtain her Log in information.
