Dear Victoria, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.


Issue identified : Unable to get channels or app to work on her Apple TV


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Assisted the customer to reboot the Apple TV by unplugging it from the wall outlet  / Successfully rebooted the Apple TV / Customer can now access the channels and the App / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted / Customer will use the remote as her phone upgrade
