Dear Back, It was a pleasure helping you with your Samsung issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :
TV will not power on
Solution Implemented :
Call customer and assisted in performing a power cycle
unplugged the TV and Let it unplugged for 15 mins
Hold the power button down
Plugged the TV back in and still the same problem.
TV indicator will flash few time and turn off.
Advised customer of an internal problem
Possible Mainboard or power board is defective and needs replacing.
TV is 7 years old and advised customer to ask for a repair estimate first before going ahead as sometime it may be ideal to but a new TV
