Hi Ferdinand,  This is our second go but the issue is the same.  I wonder if you can look up work that was done on the same issue, last question.  Anyway, the device is a Dell laptop latitude, Windows 7.

Yes.  That's the one I can't access.  The original.   Instead they show me the ghost account they created as a new account with nothing of the content that is in that original account.
