My goal is to install Creative Cloud and Bridge.  The textbook I'm using requires both.

Cannot install Photoshop and Bridge from a purchased subscription

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted customer in first downloading and installing the Adobe Creative cloud App Manager

Signed in using customer's adobe account and installed both Photoshop and Bridge

Issue resolved
