Dear Carol, It was a pleasure helping you with your ipad issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : apple id is disabled
Solution Implemented : called cx and found out that she have a request for refund on her apple account few weeeks ago and that made that account to be disabled temporarily. Inititated a report to apple billing and advised cx to wait for their call. Cx received a call from apple billing and have her account re-enabled. Everything is working now on her ipad. problem solved.
