NOTES:

-called cx to checked the issue, 

-cx said that he changed the credit card info on his amazon account but he cant purchase a book from amazon

-we tried to check his amazon account but he forgot the password

-we tried to reset the amazon password but his email password is also not working and he cant received new emails

-told cx to contact btinternet first and have the email password resolved and get back to us once the email is already working,

-cx agreed and will contact us back once the email is working.
