Was the printer idle for a long while before the ink replacement? sometimer printer not in use for few weeks or days may get dried ink clogged up.

Cleaned the printer manually using a paper towel and again thru the maintenance tools
Same Issue.
Customer tried another ink with the same issue.
Advised customer that the printer needs cleaning thru a local technician. This way the printhead canbe flushed properly
