I recently signed up for HP Instant ink.. I was sent two ink cartridges that I never used. Thrn I decided to unenroll from Instant Ink and called AND WAS UNENROLLED. however, I now have a message on my printer that I can;t eliminate. The message says "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink. I repeat that I never installed an Instant In Cartridge. Can you help me get the message off the printer, HP Officejet 3830

Dear Ralph, It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Error Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote acess not used. Customer thought I can remote into the printer. Initiating Remote Refund

Assisted customer in removing the ink cartridges and checked the cartridges

Found that the Black is indeed an instant ink Cartridge and has an instant ink label in it.

Advised customer that the cartridge will cause an error now since the printer is deregistered from instant ink.

Answer Accepted
