Issue identified :
Error Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Remote acess not used. Customer thought I can remote into the printer. Initiating Remote Refund
Assisted customer in removing the ink cartridges and checked the cartridges
Found that the Black is indeed an instant ink Cartridge and has an instant ink label in it.
Advised customer that the cartridge will cause an error now since the printer is deregistered from instant ink.
