Issue identified :

iPhone will not connect to Apple watch - Watch passcode problem

Solution Implemented :

Call customer - No Device to remote into

Assisted in resetting thee watch by Holding the power off button and holding in the power off option and choosing Erase this device

Then Assisted customer in pairing

Issue resolved
