Thank you for waiting!

Can you try going to Settings > Tap your name on top > iCloud and make sure you can sign in to it.

Then make sure that Contacts is turned ON in it.

Issue identified :

Unable to find contacts after update

Solution Implemented :

Call customer Assisted customer in going to Settings > icloud And turned off the contacts and turned it back on

Restarted the iphone

Issue resolved
