Why won’t my business user name work in search?

Is the page under your admin account?
Also What Device are you using to open Facebook?
Yes it is attached to my personal account. I am the only admin/ team member. I’m using my iPhone iOS 12.3
Is there a computer that you can access your account?
My husband has our regular laptop with him at work right now. I can try to use our old one tho. It hasn’t been turned on in years lol

Can you tell me when was the username created?
Probably 5 days ago. I have tried changing it to see if that made a difference.
And I’ve been verified by FB. I thought that might help and it didn’t

I have just done a change of user name in one of our old test pages
After a user name change it is a 24 hour wait until it is searchable.
I would suggest we do another test tomorrow.

Also i also change a username of one of my test pages that has been up for few years.
Right now my page is unsearchable too after the change.
