Hi Jean,
Thank you for waiting!
May I know where and how did you get that messages? or How did it show up? Email / Phone call or a pop up on the screen?
I don't remember where it came from but I wrote what it said: your Apple ID and phone number are now being used for iMessage and face on a new iPad.
Do you know what is your Apple ID?
also what apple device do you have?
Hi Jean
Do you know what is your Apple ID?
also what apple device do you have?
I have an iPhone and an iPad.
My ID is my email address
I see, Because normally apple will not send you a message like that saying your Account is being used on another device.
First Because in order for you to use your account to another Device a confirmation of usage has to be done first that requires code being sent to your other device. That way Evertime your account is used you are already aware because of that validation process.
The message you have received is most likely scam that has the intention of getting your ID and password information.
Do you recall getting that message from your email or t least check your mail if it is there?
Also i tried calling your number but i got to a full voicemil, Is there a good number I can reach you at?
