Hi Roland,

Thank you for waiting!

May I suggest doing this first.

Unplug the TV from the wall socket power.

Keep it unplugged for 5 minutes then plug it in directly to a wall socket power.

Let me know how it goes.

TV has been un-plugged and plugged the next day. Still nothing.

Try unplugging the TV.

Then hold the on to the power button on the tv for 10 sec.

Then plug it in.

Back side  either lower left or lower right but it is at the back of the TV

Dear Roland, It was a pleasure helping you with your Samsung issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

TV not turning on

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

No lights are turning on the TV even the indicator lights.

Test the power socket and it was all good.

Performed a power cycle by unplugging the TV and holding the power button. Plugged it back in and still the same

No power at all

Advised customer of a hardware problem Possible power board or just the power cable

Avised customer to have the cable tested other wise the TV needs either replacement or repair
