Dear Billy, It was a pleasure helping you with your Sony issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Cannot make the new TV work

Solution Implemented :

Call customer and found that the TV is under the initial set up process

Assisted customer in setting up the TV and changing the input for HDMI for his comcast

Issue resolved
