I checked the ID and the password can be reset thru security questions.

Expert Notes:

Call customer and identified his Apple ID

Since it is in icloud form the password cannot be reset without the correct answer for the security questions which the customer have.

HAd an Apple ID adviser call set up for the customer

Will call customer again later to verify.
