Call customer / Customer have a problem talking so I had to speak to someone by his side to relay.
We checked his Apple ID and there was no data backed up to it from the old account.
Customer said this was his Apple ID from the old ipad
Advised customer that there was no back up made from the old iPad meaning the Back up was not turned on from the old ipad before he crashed.
