I have seen this in many cases when customers have gotten locked out of thier account as well.  The only other alternative is to make new one while I try to regain access to older account if this is ok?

I sent Facebook asking them to send you a link to your new email address to be able to regain access to your account.  Again, I am sorry this is taking so long.

Please let me know if you get any emails from Facebook to your current email address.

Just a note from this, when you do regain access to your account, your Facebook page will act as if it is slow loading pages and everyone on your friends list.  This wil lonly take a few hours after you are logged back in for facebook to work normal again.  

I would recommend just using Facebook on your computer after you regain access for a few hours before loggin into Facebook on your phone please.

The password is School1.    I ad to change it just to see if any changes from Facebook worked

FAcebook does not have any customer service number at all, only through email.

I have set multiple emails to Facebook with screenshots of your identification as well and they have not released your account.  I wanted to apologize for all the time we have spent on trying to resolve this.

I have seen with many customers who have had been locked out of Facebook as well and Facebook never unlocked their account even after emailing thier identification.

In the motorcycle group, do you remeber if it was just you who was the admin of the group or where there multiple admins of the group?

The reason I was asking baout this is because if there are other admins of the group other than yourself, they can make other members admins as well so if your started another brand new Facebook page, they could add you as a admin of the group and at least you would be able to in the group temporary until Facebook unlocks your current account.
