Dear Anne, It was a pleasure helping you with your Dell issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Assistance in Setting up few features for Dell computer.

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote access

Assisted customer in Setting up the tool bar to set in the left side of the Screen

Enabled Windows themes.

Installed chrome and Installed customer's email thru the mail app

Issue resolved
