My iPad won't respond when I click on a game or settings. It just goes back to the login screen. What can I do?

Can you try to reset the ipad by pressing the power button and home button at the same time and wait for the apple logo to appear on your screen then let go the buttons. check the issue again after the reset.

Solution Implemented : called cx and provided steps to do a hard reset on the ipad (steps below). problem solved.
