Elxir  Cada  -  I am to hear from Apple w/in 24 hours wa "password" fix. Will tel you when I receive this info,

NOTES:

-cx forgot the apple password

-called cx and tried to reset the apple password. 

-the account has 2 steps verification and it is asking for his credit card info to proceed with the password reset

-cx dont have the old credit card 

-created a report going to apple security team 

-cx was able to speak to apple security team and they said they will contact cx within 24 hours for the new password

-cx will get back to us for the result

NOtes:

-contacted cx and checked his apple account and it said that he will be able to reset the password after 12 days.

-will contact cx on the 15th for the password reset

-contacted cx to make a follow up about the apple password reset

-cx not answering the phone.

-left voice mail message.

Dear Lawrence, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple  issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : apple password reset
Solution Implemented :

-cx forgot the apple password

-called cx and tried to reset the apple password. 

-the account has 2 steps verification and it is asking for his credit card info to proceed with the password reset

-cx dont have the old credit card 

-created a report going to apple security team 

-cx was able to speak to apple security team and they said they will contact cx within 24 hours for the new password

-contacted cx after 15 days and was able to reset the apple password.

-password is now working as well as the ipad.

-problem solved.
