How do I get my IPad ITunes music library to play on my new Home pod system from Apple?

Do you know what is the apple ID you used on the iPad?

On the ipod,

Go to Settings > itunes and appstore and see if the same ID appear.

Tell me what shows on your ipod Settings > itunes and appstore

But the ipod does not show the same music list?

How to get Home pod to plays icloud library

Solution Implemented :

Call customer and advised customer to user remote support as phone.

Checked that the homepod is linked to his apple ID thru settings.

Tested playing music available from his itunes library to the home pod thru siri

Issue resolved
