yes, but not specific numbers, i know how to do that and it does no good because thry just use another numberand sometimes random names. Mostly the calls come up with a location as city & state, unavailable, or private caller.

Dear Carolyn, It was a pleasure helping you with your uniden issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx want to block robocallers on her uniden phone
Solution Implemented : provided cx steps on how to block phone numbers and cx is already aware of that, its just the callers keeps on coming back. told cx that theres no way for the uniden phone or the provider to detect and block/filter callers on her phone if its a robocaller/scammer or regular phone calls. Told cx that the only way to get rid of those callers is by requesting for a number change. cx will have to think about that. no other questions. answer accepted.
