Turn the computer off

Then turn it back on. As soon as you see the Windows LOGO, HOLD the power button down to turn it off again.

Do this at least three times.

The fourth time you turn it on. Just let it run and see if you can get to that screen I posted below.

Dear Kathy, It was a pleasure helping you with your Lenovo issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Error 0xc000025 When turning on the computer

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / 

Error is coming from a Failed Windows file

Tried running a start up settings booting into Safemode goes to the same message.

Booting into recovery goes to a blank screen with no response.

Advised customer that She will have the computer repaired via warranty claim since it is just 6 months old.

ADvised customer to contact reseller first for possible immediate support if not Call the Manufacturer for a warranty claim since it has a Manufacturers 1 yesr warranty.
