Dear Harvey , It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Print feature not working

Solution Implemented :

Call customer and assisted in setting up the printer

Found that the Network IP of the printer has changed

Deleted the previous set up and reinstall the printer thru control panel

TEST print OK

Issue resolved
