Have you tried cleaning the rubber door seal  Use a rag or towel to clean the rubber door gasket on a front-loading washer with either hot soapy water or a spritz of mildew cleaner. Make sure to wipe underneath and around it as well.  Also, make sure to remove blockage to drain pump filter

The location of the drain pump filter in a Whirlpool Duet washer is accessible through the lower access panel below the washer door.

Step 1

Unplug your Whirlpool Duet washer power cord from the wall outlet. Ask a friend to help lift the front of the washer up and slide a 2-by-4 block of wood under each side. Gently lower the washer over the wood blocks.

Step 2

Find the screws securing the lower access panel to the washer cabinet. There is a screw near each end and one in the center on the bottom edge of the access panel.

Step 3

Remove the screws with a 1/4-inch nut driver. Pull the bottom of the access panel toward you and pull it down to release it from the washer. The drain pump is under the Duet washer drum and has two hoses.

Step 4

Twist the white cap of the drain pump that points away from the washer counterclockwise with your hands. Pull the cap out bringing the drain pump filter with the cap. The drain pump filter attaches to the back of the cap.

Yes I sure will, may I have your email address?

My email is n**1@gmail.com..  Thank you so much for your assistance.  I am "fairly" mechanical inclined, but I don't have the strength to move the heavy washer, so I have to depend on neighbors to do the "heavy" work for me..
