When I wanted to print a letter an offer came on the screen about some new connection. I don't understand it. Said PIN would be on e-mail. There were 6 PIN numbers. I do very little printing and do not understand what I got into. Tell me how to get free of this offer

Dear Grace, It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Inquiry about an accidental registratino of an HP feature.

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted customer in checking the email sent to her.

Found that it is a verificatin of an HP Eprint registration.

Advised customer that the registration was not complete and The pin emailed to her is to verify it.

Customer said she does not want to continue with it.

Advised customer that since the registration was not complete, Just ignore the emails and the registration will not continue.

Also advised customer not to be bothered because it is just a Free HP feature registration.

Answer accepted
