yes...it seemed to upload and progressed through the whole file but I cannot see where to find it

Dear David, It was a pleasure helping you with your dropbox issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant upload a 5GB file in dropbox
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed his computer. Tried uploading the 5GB file in his dropbox account via the dropbox website. no go. tried uploading smaller file and it push through. Installed dropbox software in his computer and tried uploading the 5GB file from there. 5GB file successfully uploaded to his dropbox account using the dropbox software. problem solved.
