Hi Rodney,

Thank you for waiting!

It means that the ipad software is not working or damaged.

The only solution to that is to do a restore which Will reinstall a new ipad software to it.

I can help you perform that if you have a computer.

Do you have at least a Windows 10 or a Mac pc?

i guess if you can walk me thru it i will try.  i have the ipad connected to my laptop right now, maybe its easier if you can look at it direct.

Ok We can run a remote screenshare to your computer?

Because We'll have to install and use itunes to do the restore.

After reset the internet went down, we will have to continue tomorrow for updates and set up of the ipad.
