ok, first try to hold down the power button or switch of your Kindle At least 20 sec or up until you see the Kindle logo.

Dear Marilyn, It was a pleasure helping you with your Kindle issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Kindle will not power ON > Stuck on loading page

Solution Implemented :

Advised customer to perform a hard restart

Held the power switch down until the Kindle logo reboots.

Issue resolved - Kindle is now working
