Tried requesting for a password change thru iforgot.apple.com

Customer cannot remember the apple Id password or the email log in info to recover the reset mail.

Assisted in connecting customer to an Apple ID adviser

Call customer again and They will have a follow up tomorrow

Will call customer tomorrow for updates.

Customer said that the apple ID adviser called and found that there was another email that customer sign in with the ipad which is different from what they know.

Still the ipad is in activation and they can't remember what the Id was.

Customer will call back in few minutes to try entering the Apple ID again on the ipad.

Advised customer that getting a new ipad may be ideal if the Apple Id cannot be found.
