First, I love my Kindle Fire. bought 2 little ones in a two for one sale at Qvc before Christmas. Upgraded to a"10" inch about a month ago. from you. MY tablet indicates that the home wi fi signal is excellent The password is correct. Still can not get tablet past the orange screen of death(set up) Do you have a code that cuts through the nonsense- and lets me use this 10 "machine .Until you are an older person .you don't have a true appreciation for the wonders of a large type face. I miss using it .

Dear Deb, It was a pleasure helping you with your Amazon issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx trying to connect the kindle to her wifi network nut getting password error
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed her computer. Get the wifi password from her computer and used it on the kindle. kindle is now connected to the wifi network. problem solved.
