I have a Dell desktop computer with wifi internet. I had to get a new modem yesterday because my internet was really super slow, the exfinity tech said the modem was old and needed to be replaced. Got the modem, the tech helped me set it up and I had good internet speed. One Problem, couldn't connect wifi to my wifes ipad. 2 hours with Comcast tech, tried many things but still no internet connection to the ipad. The old connection worked fine but can't connect with the ipad. HELP, my wife is getting ready to toss the ipad and me!

Dear Leonard, It was a pleasure helping you with your iPad issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

cannot connect iPad to Wifi

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted in performing a network setting reset thru

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

then try reconnecting the ipad to the Wifi

Issue resolved
